I’ve been coming here for quite sometime with my son every other place we used to go to he cried and always said that it hurt. This is the one shop that they are patient. They take their time and he does not complain or say that it hurts when they braid him at all they are very accommodating very welcoming and the shop is always clean!!

Scheduled an appointment for starter locs, drove all the way to Sandy Springs, and from the moment I sat down it was excuse after excuse. First my hair was “too soft,” then “too curly,” then suddenly I “had product in it.” After that, I was told to come back in two months because somehow my hair was still “too soft.” Then the final excuse: I didn’t have enough hair. Please. I’ve had locs for over 10 years, so I’m pretty sure I know exactly what it takes to start them. What really irritated me was realizing none of their excuses actually mattered because I left and got my hair done elsewhere with zero issues. At that point, it was obvious this was nothing but laziness, lack of skill, or both. Bottom line: I wasted my time, gas, and patience on people who clearly didn’t want to do the

Sunu did a ok job, but I wasn’t thrilled with who she shared my head with. Sunu and another girl had worked on my braids. Towards the end the other girl just kept snickering while finishing my head. It was consistent snickering. I’m not sure what was funny because absolutely nothing was going on and I was the only customer left. It didn’t feel comfortable or professional. It was as if she purposely wanted me to feel some type of way and I don’t know why. It was weird energy. I just waited for it to be over and eventually was able to take my leave. Energy don’t lie and I won't be coming back. Overall my braids came out not so good

love my hair! sunu took really good care of me and replicated the style i wanted perfectly. she was fast & thorough too! will be back for my next style!

Am so disappointed by this place few months ago I made an appointment the date and time was sent. On my way I called that's when the person who answered the phone to me not to come that person who's going to do my hair went home and they didn't refund my deposit but. Yesterday I made another mistake and booked another appointment for my kid this morning I got here to find out they are not able to do her hair but this time I made sure I got my refund before leaving. Be careful 🧐 of this place.
