Sunstone Massage Wellness & Yoga

I reached out to Michele for a private yoga class for my friend's bachelorette/birthday party on Valentine's Day. She was amazing to work with and to it was easy to get the class booked! The class was absolutely incredible. It included essential oils, stretching, relaxing music, a poem, and meditation. We even got chocolates at the end! The bride raved about the incredible experience and it set the tone for a great day for the bachelorette group. I can't say enough good things!!

Always a great & rewarding class with Michelle and also Karen who sometimes substitutes for Michelle. Love the positive atmosphere and quaint yoga room. ❤️

This was my first visit to Sunstone (Stone Harbor location) and was very pleased. Michelle B. Was my therapist and she was very personable, very professional and was very attentive to all my problem spots. She had her work cut out for her by taking me on but she did an amazing job. As a competitive athlete I've traveled a good deal. I'm a strong believer in the recuperative powers of massage - especially as one ages. As such I've had many on several different continents and hemispheres. Sunstone Massage & Wellness is a hidden gem on the barrier island of Avalon / Stone Harbor off the southern New Jersey coast. It's a bit north of Cape May. The quality of an effective massage lies in the hands of the therapist. Kathy Sexton is one of the best that I've encountered. I highly recommend her and Sunstone Massage.

Michelle at Sunstone Massage and Wellness was so kind and helpful to guide us through a beautiful family yoga and meditation for my sister's 60th Birthday!! We were all at different ability levels and she made us all feel very comfortable!! We loved being on the beach even though the tide was moving in on us! LOL It just made the event more memorable!!
