Her style of massage therapy is more "theraputic" than "spa" and she has an excellent grasp of the body's map & how to get to the places that connect to what hurts, so you're getting help at the source of a problem & not just treating the symptoms. Jamie is like the muscle whisperer. She immediately finds the problem areas and targets them with exactly just as much pressure as needed, and on the rare occasion she goea too hard, you just need to tell her and she'll adjust. I always feel great at the end of my appointment! Highly recommend!

I have found Jamie to be wonderfully healing for my body. She is very intuitive and always seems to be led to an area that I did not even know was hurting so badly until she brought attention to it. She listens with concern and respect which I have not always found with other therapists in the past. I have been able to improve in my daily life as I have less pain in between sessions and my body functions more effectively. Prior to seeing Jamie I have tried physical therapy, acupuncture, and occupational therapy. Although I do find the other methods to be helpful, the work that Jamie does has been more effective for me and longer lasting in between sessions.
