If I could rate 0 stars I would. This salon is in the plaza behind my neighborhood so I have run here a few times in a pinch. My last and final time was for my birthday November 15, 2016. I took myself and my daughter here to get our nails done after work. Mine are a little long but I was going for a fill and plain polish and my daughter was getting gel on her natural nails. The lady always makes her husband do my nails and he always cuts or burns my skin or messes up my nails. He never listens to me and always has an attitude like he doesn't want to be there. She then gave me one price for my daughters nails of $15 for gel and then looked at them and changed the price to $18 because she said she had to file them. (You always file nails when doing any manicure it's included but whatever) I

I have heard from others this place was not the best but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was my first time taking my step daughters just for nail polish and a single simple design. My step daughters had photos of the polish color and design they would like. The HUNGRY MONEY LADY, who is the owner there turned them down, did whatever she wanted color and design wish. Very bad taste in her way of putting color together and the design was not at all what the girls wanted. When I can to see how the girls were doing, they were unhappy. I tried asking why did the girls end up getting something they didn't want, but that lady was impossible, she told me to pay her and get out, she said she has not time for kids, she refuse to do the work right. I have been to this nail salon a couple of times and never a problem. Cindy the nail tech had done nail designs on my nails before. But yesterday I went and was so pissed off with the nail tech Cindy. I showed a picture of what I would like or something similar. Cindy must have forgot that I was sitting next to her first customer and she did a nail design because when I showed her the picture she was very quick to say she could not do it. I asked again to make sure I heard right. And again Cindy said she could not do any designs. NEVER AGAIN!! I was a paying customer and willing to pay for the work. Cindy lied to my face. I could have respected Cindy if she told me she didn't have time to do the nail design but to say she can't, REALLY!!! This place is one of the worse nail salon

Went here as a last minute decision with my daughter and there was only one older woman and one older man . He had someone and so she sat myself and my daughter. The woman asked me what kind of pedicure we would like and said that my child would be $25 as well as myself. Iv never paid more then $15 for her pedicures. Then when I told the woman that she agreed to the price and sat down she started on my feet she barely touched me and that was for me the final straw. I faked an accident at home and said I need to leave. She charged me 4$ for the water, I paid it and left. I never wanted to get out of somewhere so fast. Do not recommend this place surprised it’s still open.

I read these reviews and thought I would try it anyway. I walked in and asked the price of a simple manicure. The older woman came out of the back room - acted like she knew me- I asked the price and she said $12 - it may not have helped that I was dressed from church! - when I knew that was $2 over the price - I said I would be back - ahe asked when - I said I didn't know - she asked to see my nails - like that would make a difference - and said if you want it right now I'll make it $10 - I was so turned off - I left
