Unfortunately for me ..this was not the place to go. It's however the place to go if you want the nail tech to completely disregard the service you asked for and charge you 63 dollars for it anyway. I needed a fill and she did NOT even fill them. I kept asking questions and trying to get her to do the right thing but she seemed to think she could trick me . I know about nails ...I am a licensed cosmetologist . Also she cut my long beautifully shaped polygel nails down to uneven gloppy stumps ...slapped on a color I didn't want and never filled them. Just painted clear gel polish on repeatedly. I wouldn't even give one star for lack of communication. Terrible. You can see in the photos the massive gap and lack of apex. Stay away girls.... Do NOT waste your time and money at this location. Gel manicure which is supposed to last about 2 weeks, will start peeling the day after service. The don’t have the proper tools for manicure. When it comes to cuticles, they will not removed it properly. I constantly requested for my cuticles to be cut down more. Sharon, my nail tech was just filling it. The multiple times I made request for x,y or z to be done she would smile and nod her head. After Sharon applied lotion and painted my nails, they look bubbly. The only explanation she gave me it was the lotion that needed to dry. I contact the nail salon after my nails started peeling. After speaking with Jessica and explaining my discontent w/ services received. The only response I obtained was “ what’s your problem”. Unprofessional, la

When she was drilling she kept burning my nails and I told her it was hot and she kept going in the same spot and kept going. My nails do not look good she drilled too much on a couple nails and it looks ugly and not even. I think I had Jennifer

Don't waste your money!! I went in to get a fill in. They don't use an electric file, everything was done by hand.....which took and hour and a half! They outcome was terrible. Nails look bubbly and one nail already chipped after just 24 hours....have to get them done over, at another place! PLUS, they charged $57 for this. Don't waste your money. What a rip off!!

I was overcharged on my manicure and pedicure with surprise taxes and admin fees as well as $2 extra for flip flops just because. The manicure looks streaked. The tech then proceeds to say that she “forgot” to charge me for gel polish removal, meanwhile it was regular polish. I was so upset because she made it seem like I was lying about it. I will never step foot in this place again. Horrible service.
