The only positive thing I can say is they got me in right away. Unfortunately, everything else went downhill from there. I’ve had thousands of massages over the years, and I’ve never experienced a technique like this—and not in a good way. My back was aching, and she did absolutely nothing to address it or provide any real relief. To make matters worse, in the middle of my scheduled one-hour session, she took a phone call and disappeared for about 10 minutes. Then, instead of making it right, she told me she could only do a 30 minute massage because she had another customer, seriously? Completely unprofessional, rude, and the massage itself was ineffective. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
