Sunshine Foot Spa

I have been a customer of Sunshine Foot Spa since it opened and this is one of the best kept secrets in Park Ridge. Kevin, the owner, is wonderful and remembers me every time I call for an appointment. I get the Special which is done fully clothed and includes a body massage and foot reflexology. I always leave feeling like I am dripping with relaxation. I am a mental health counselor with a private practice in Park Ridge and I’ve been referring my clients to Sunshine to help them relax for as long as I have been going there and they report back that it is a great experience. Started the New Year off on the right foot (:D) with a visit to Sunshine Foot Spa. I had never been before, but my sister had, and she suggested we both go for the 60-minute Combo treatment, which includes foot, scalp, and body massage. There are a handful of massage tables all in a row in a cozy, dim, communal room. You keep your clothes on, other than your shoes/socks, throughout the treatment. It might also be a good idea to wear looser clothing and pants that easily roll up past the knee. My sister said they used to have you relocate to one of the private massage rooms for the body massage, but it seems they changed the model and you just do the whole service clothed in the communal room - at least, this was the case for the 60-minute Combo treatment. Honest Review. Though there was a language barrier, Leo, who massaged me, did an excellent job. I loved the consistent pressure he maintained throughout the session. I would definitely come back and specifically ask for Leo. Thank you.
