BELIEVE THIS AWFUL PLACE'S REVIEWS! Okay I'll admit I thought maybe these reviews harsh & this place had changed but WRONG! This place is very dusty & no air-conditioning n summer day is craY. I called to make a weave sew in appt DORIS told me $35/ea track. I arrive & she rudely says oh you brought hair & then changes price $45 per track AND says that wasn't her who told me $35 track AND says prices go up. (In 2days since appt made) So now I'm paying $195( 12" 60g hair)$160 for sewing + $35 for flat iron for 5min which the stylist usually includes. . I will NEVER come here again. **** Note no other customers in store & 1 braider. Im sure this spot does NOT HAVE repeat customers so she makes shady biz in 1st time customers

Reading the views from 8 to 6 years ago had to be another owner cause the reviews with Jake was good. Now let’s get up to date which is 12/04/2024 Dealing with DORIS the owner & BLESS the hairstylist omg! money hungry overpriced scammer type business! sad how they try to do people to make money here ATTENTION anyone thinking of going here please don’t put gas in your car travel to L A or really shop by word of mouth etc.to find a good caring hairstylist that’s not just about money but the satisfaction of their clients this shop I promise will not be open much longer due to their own fault being unprofessional very bad business very sad how they deal with the public & the condition of the salon! West Covina needs this business but not this owner Doris & hairstylists or anyone that condone

Rudest staff ever and they overcharge on everything. Do me a favor and do not shop here, stay away.

I was recommended by Violet from Arcadia Salon and I went in to get 2 tracks of hair cause my hair is really thin . Now Violet said that due to my thin hair I wouldn't need a lot, just 2 tracks. So when I go inside the store & tell Doris the "owner" that I was recommended by violet, she said that violet was amazing & asked how long I wanted it so I told her up to my waist. Anyway she grabbed two different extensions, a highlighted one with blond streaks & a dark brown extension. Doris told me that by blending both of them I would have more hair therefore it would look "better" and that if I just got one it would look very little . Now mind you...I thought it was too much with 2 different extensions & she didn't even bother to show me different prices or try to help me find something that

Horrible service and customer service. Don’t waist your time. The first time I did my beaded extensions they came out in a day I went to get them fixed they only fixed the bottom ones . And the owner Doris had me buy beads to get them fixed just to make some money, and the top weft came out a few days later. I gave them a chance again and booked an appointment a week ahead and they told me they only had Saturday available . I booked at 10:00 am, and cleared my work schedule to be there I drove over 30 miles to be here. After 30 min of waiting they told me the hair dresser was 3 min away . I walked out and get a call from the manager saying the stylist wasn’t coming in . So unprofessional don’t ever waist your time here .
