Nice beds, but terrible explanation of fees and package options. They didn't have a price sheet when I asked for one. I haven't tanned in a long time, but the prices seemed steep. Lowered another star for their ridiculous cancellation policy. I’ve been calling for days and can’t get a hold of anyone. No one calls back when I leave a message.

Lelana offered amazing customer service, she was very patient with all of my questions as a first time user! She handled all of the other customers swiftly & handled even the rude ones efficiently. Recommend 10/10!

Being closed on the weekend is inconvenient. Tanning rooms could use a good cleaning. The same garage is on the floor, day after day.

I was going on vacation and I used the sun seekers on Eaton Road and I was pleasantly surprised At the amazing beds and color that I got to condition me for my vacation! Highly recommend Sunseekers

Bed have burnt out bulbs all the time. Even after you inform the management they are still with burnt out bulbs weeks later. The staff lie and tell you "...the tanning beds bulbs were recently replaced..."
