The worst tanning salon in Twin Falls—unsanitary and outdated. They don’t clean the rooms, and there’s no way they change their bulbs. Lotion is all over the walls, dirt and trash cover the carpets, and there’s dust on top of the beds with streaks on the inside, making for a completely disgusting experience altogether. Mind you I’ve been going there for months and have seen no change in the cleanliness of the rooms or any color from the beds. On top of that, the service is terrible, especially from the older blonde lady who I’m assuming is the manager. She has an attitude. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was just having a bad day, but every single time since, she’s been straight-up rude. She’s bringing the whole salon down with her. RANDY HAS A GIFT. The moment his hands and the stones touched my body, it relaxed. I have 3 children and currently breastfeeding and THE MASSAGE HERE was exactly what I needed. A one hour session is WORTH IT if you are in need of getting out of that FUNK that life sometimes throws at us. Tip Randy well. He’s an angel!

Was not impressed at all. My husband got me a gift certificate that was supposed to be able to be used for any service, tanning was specifically mentioned. I used it too get my lashes done, they fell out within days. The lash tech offered to fix them fit free within a couple days, they also fell out right away (I’ve never had a problem with lashes just falling out like that). A month before my gift certificate expired, I went & tried tanning (two weeks before my wedding) & they informed me tanning wasn’t included with the gift certificate. I asked about massage, they said that should work & they’d honor that, & they would call me. Never heard from anyone there. It was a $250 gift card, I used $100 once. Originally left a 1-star review due to a gift certificate I bought for my daughter and son in law. A medical situation with their daughter didn’t allow them to use it before it expired. I received a call from the manager Michelle. She was very helpful in rectifying the situation and honoring the gift card for my daughter and son in law. As a CMT myself, I am glad that she reached out and provided excellent customer service.

Red light takes time its a process it wont work right away you have to be patient , i had a muscle trembling every day that i had injured ,and it was going on everyday and ever since i started red light it has gotten better, i am not saying it completely healed it but it has helped, this place is clean and affordable and the staff are friendly.
