I was really disappointed with my experience here. As I was headed towards the bathroom, I could clearly hear one of the employees talking badly about a client who had just left. The shorter blonde girl was making rude comments and laughing, and it made the whole environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. She ducked her head behind the desk as if it was some shield for her hateful comments towards a customer who seemed very nice and respectful of their workplace. If staff are comfortable speaking that way about customers where others can hear, it makes you wonder what’s being said about you once you walk out the door. A salon should feel welcoming and respectful, not judgmental. I won’t be returning, and I hope management addresses staff behavior and professionalism.

Used to be my go-to salon. Front desk ladies are always nice and friendly. Always such a clean facility. I never feel uncomfortable or anxious. Unfortunately the last few months they seem to be lacking. They upped their prices immensely. When I first started going it was $25 for 5 tans in the regular bed. Now it’s $45-50 for the same amount of tans in the same beds. The cost of their lotion is astronomical. For one FACE lotion they were wanting over $100. It’s impossible to buy product from them because it’s just not reasonable. I usually suck it up and move on. Recently I went in with my boyfriend. Two girls were sitting at the front desk not doing much. One of the ladies checked me out, had a simple conversation purely about my tanning session. The other girl sitting at the desk didn’t

The girls work on commission and you will get a different price every time you go there. 8/10 it will be extremely over priced because the girls want more commission, not because you should be paying that much. They don’t honor previous prices you’ve received even if you’ve been going there for years. I stopped going because like most people, I work with a budget so I need to know how much something is going to cost at a flat rate and not pay for price hikes based on the whims of others. *if you’re willing to deal with this then they do have nice beds. Just not worth the hassle for me.
