Suns Beauty Supply

They are very unprofessional. They have displayed on their door and on Google that they open at 9:30am. I went there at 9:45am and they were closed. I stood there for awhile and the lady who owns the store pulls up at 9:55am. I asked could I come In she asked me to give her a min, which I understood because she just got there. But she had me waiting for an additional 10 min. At 10:05 she still hadn't let me in so I left mad asl.. If yall open at 10 say that.

As a stylist, this store does have hair and products I use. The prices are average for synthetic hair such as braiding hair and crochet hair. The customer service is average not above definitely, yet not too bad. It is in an area where people stand around outside and ask for change occasionally, but if you're thick skinned it won't bother you, they're not aggressive at all. Their hours are average for a beauty supply store. And they have a semi spacious store, not too packed but not big like some of the newer stores. Dimly lit. Today is Nov. 29th, 2017.

Lady does not speak English. All she cares about is collecting the money$ from her customers. Lousy customer service, and the prices in this store for items - are just too doggone high!! Every where else is much cheaper!

They really need to change their hours. I’ve come multiple times to shop at 9:00am and they were closed. Today I waited 20 mins for someone to show and ended up leaving since no one ever showed to open the store.

Owner is always nice and even went to another store to replace a product I purchased by accident.
