I had a great experience at this beauty supply store. Both Naty & Lopez provided great customer service and were very helpful. I will definitely be back soon.

very horrible customer service, will not answer your questions, and apparently hang up every time you try to inquire something. i always come here first. i always come and support, so it’s hurtful for them to be so rude for no apparent reason.

The store closes at 8pm on a Wednesday and closed the door at 7:51pm. Very unprofessional. The lady watched me and a few others come to the door and just stared at us and proceeded to lock the door. The door locking 10 minutes early is misleading to the time of closing on Google.

If you are thinking about going to another beauty supply store GO THERE!!!! You never know if they are going to close early or open late. VERY UNRELIABLE She is standing at the door saying they’re closed and it was only 7:48 and all I wanted was edge control. 3x this has happened. DONE. Go to chapel beauty near stone crest.
