I wanted to share my experience honestly. From the beginning, something felt off. I was offered candy when I first arrived and declined. I was offered it again during the massage after already saying no, which made me uncomfortable. The session itself felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like the muscles were properly targeted. I normally fall asleep during massages because I train consistently and really value recovery time, but this time I couldn’t relax at all. We were also required to pay before the massage, and there was pressure surrounding tipping, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable during my visit and unfortunately will not be returning.

I want to start with the payment situation because it completely overshadowed the entire experience. We were required to pay before the massages were even given, which already felt strange and unprofessional. Then during the Apple Pay transaction, we were told there was a $20 per person minimum tip. She proceeded to type the tip into the machine herself. It was not presented as optional. It was stated as a requirement and handled in a way that felt extremely pressuring. Tipping should never feel mandatory, and having someone enter it into the machine for you puts you in a corner. Instead of feeling relaxed, we felt uncomfortable and honestly taken advantage of.
