Sunny Nails

Way too expensive. The Owner Sunny is very rude & disrespectful with her mouth. She’s definitely too cocky with her attitude. Yells at customers like myself. She definitely gon catch the right one & believe you me if not myself some other black woman will split her wig. Then the daughter be saying they’re closed when it’s still supposed to be open. The guy is pretty nice. They do have good acrylic. It does last but costs too much. Yet they make you get Gel polish & pay upfront. Just horrible. And absolutely no kids is ridiculous too. The pedicure service is a complete disgrace, however. Never again. This place needs to close their door forever.

Be aware people please! Do not patronize this business. The owner makes you pay for service first. I thought that to be unfair and strange. Until I expressed to her that I did not like the way my nails were being done. I wasn't IGNORANT or mean, while speaking to her. She immediately got an attitude and said your nails are in the process of being done I can't change them. I said oh wow there's nothing we can do? I only wanted them shorter that's all. She explained to me "if you don't like them don't come back" . I was so hurt and surprised by her saying this. This lady has made and is making so much money off our community, until she doesn't care anymore if she ever did, about giving Good CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's so sad to have to know this and still see our people go in and out of her busin

This is the worst experience I have ever had going to a nail salon. I was not greeted and the owner yelled at me to sit down. Then when I was telling her this is my first time getting my eyebrows done here. She rolled her eyes and asked " are you done yet". Anyway, I ended up leaving because she continued to be so rude. She continued to yell and say offensive things as I was walking out because I didn’t want her horrible services. DO NOT waste your money at this nail salon. I wish there was a zero star

DO NOT GET YOUR FEET DONE HERE!!!! Gel Polish on two toenails chipped after one day. They have very nasty attitudes and do rush jobs like it’s 20 ppl in that little salon. They’re also selective on who has to pay for service first. I will Never spend my money here again

I wish there was a zero star option. The service here was terrible. As soon as my friend and I walked in, we were given an attitude by Sunny. I had never gotten my eyebrows done before so I just watched to see how Sunny was doing my friends then she screamed at us and told us to leave. We gladly took our money back and exited. Horrible customer service. Even though they are the closest nail salon to Temple's campus, I would gladly travel some distance to find another.
