Horrible experience! First let me talk about how they gave me an older lady who didn’t speak English or understand it. How is that legal? And secondly she cut my toes crooked and cut my skin on my toes. As I’m being patient with her because I realize she doesn’t speak English I asked her to please make my French tip thin 3 times and as I’m asking her to make my French thin the lady who is translating for her is being extremely rude! She is telling me by me speaking up that I am causing problems her name I believe is Angie. I recorded the whole process as I was filming content and got the entire rude encounter from the lady translating who ended up finishing my toes. Angie is a racial profiler! Do not go to Angie! She tried to yell at me that because I got regular polish and not gel the cle

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in to get my eyebrows done , the lady said it’ll be 10 . After j got done the other female said it’s a 2$ fee. And on top of that when I went up front to pay the eyebrow lady was yelling out ma’am ma’am like I was about to walk out the door. As a black person that offended me.

They were SUPER fast, courteous and friendly! Angie is an AWESOME nail tech!!!

Nails aren’t the best this is how I walked out of the shop on Saturday evening, I paid $45+ $5tip+ $2 fee to use a card which I never had that happen in the past left hand is better but I didn’t nothing this side issue until I paid already, total rip off and won’t be back

Terrible retention !! Terrible customer service !! And very overpriced for the service you recieve , I’ve been here a total of 3 times and each time the service got worse than the time before ! My nails lasted not even 2 weeks each time, I don’t do manual labor so friction isn’t the reason, and I paid well over 50 dollars per set not Including pedicure price. They also charge extra for removal yet they just rip your nail off instead of soaking to preserve the natural nail! They rush every set just to charge as much as they can when it’s time to pay! Highly not recommend and I will never spend another dollar with them just to have to come back because my nails are popping off when they should still be semi-fresh for the price !
