Unless you’re going to Maria or Rosa, expect to have subpar service. I came in recently to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The spa pedicure was wonderful and the woman doing it took her time. Unfortunately I didn’t relax while I was getting my pedicure because my manicure was awful. I showed the woman (Sun Lang Mei is the name of the woman. I only know bc I looked at her license on the wall) what I wanted she said it was no problem. Clearly it was an issue because she kept looking at the reference photo and then my nails and had no idea where to start. I suggested 2 layers of the lighter color as a base and the darker purple on top to give the marble effect but she ended up doing one thin patchy base layer and then add the purple on top. Super nice but didn't do a great job on our nails at all. nothing like the pictures we had. Very very disappointing

I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now for my pedicures, and I don’t trust anywhere else with my feet. I always call ahead and make an appointment , and they’re always very honest about the wait / availability. I also am pleasantly expressive about what I want or do and don’t like, shape, color. As far as the pedicure, I loooooove the process. I always get the green tea pedicure, & I don’t mind the price because the experience is well worth it and my feel feel like clouds when I leave lol. Loved the previous owners, love the new owners.

Absolutely horrible! I came in for a simple mani/pedi and was left waiting in the pedicure chair for about 15 minutes before anyone came over. When someone finally did, the pedicure was rushed and sloppy done in barely 15–20 minutes. For the manicure, I was switched to a different nail tech, but the service was also subpar and lacked care or attention to detail. To top it off, I presented my rewards card (which states that after 10 visits, you receive a free manicure) and was told it was no longer valid due to “new ownership,” which apparently started just 2 weeks ago. Nowhere on the card does it mention an expiration date, and most of the same staff were still working there. I asked if they could honor a few credits or offer a compromise, and was flatly told no. After trying two different nail salons, these guys were able to accommodate my walk-in. I recommend calling anywhere first especially when trying to get in on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and accommodating! If I am in the area again and need some nail salon services, I will definitely check availability here first.
