I have been coming here since they opened and i was a teenager 6+ years of going here basically. I hadn’t had any bad experiences until I went on sunday 6/6/25 to buy some hair. he has been rude in random to my dad in the past and short with people ive gone with but i’ve never been spoken to like a dog by the owner until last sunday. i got into the store at around 3:20 and was there for about 20 minutes while the store closes at 4. i asked him twice about if he had red for the pack of hair i wanted and he just repeated final sale at me instead of attempting to help me find a hair color that should be easy to find. i finally found some hair (if anyone wants red in ocean wave or bohemian this place does NOT have it only burgundy…) and was walking to the front where he kept saying “4 get ou

Went in to look at wigs and was told to move out of where the wigs are because he “couldn’t see what i was doing”? How am I supposed to shop when I can’t even look at the products. I don’t know what’s up with this place but I don’t appreciate being treated like i’m going to steal. Store is also super unorganized, cluttered, and hard to navigate. It’s crazy to me to behave that way when this is obviously a store catered to and profiting off of black women. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I love this store and the owner! He even went above and beyond to order specific hair products for my mom that we couldn't find anywhere else. He always kept us updated on the status of our order. I've been a loyal customer since the store opened and have never had any issues. I believe the negative comments are likely misunderstandings because they don’t reflect his character.

Went inside the store and asked to try on a wig and was told no because I have Locs in my hair. Don’t recommend. I wear wigs over my Locs sometimes. DISCRIMINATION! I would give zero starts
