The hairdresser needs to have a better sense of style. I go to many different hair salons and try different stylists. And this place has disappointed me. The hair style they did was very old-fashioned and outdated. There are better salons than here.

I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. I walked in asking for 1 haircut and 1 trim. Elementary kids are $18 for a haircut and she charged me $20 each. My kids were hungry and antsy and we were waiting for our other daughter to get her hair trimmed. I told them nicely that we’ll just pay for the one they did and we’ll come back for the other and the stylist gave me an attitude saying she’s almost done and that the other client had an appt. I understand she had an appt but if you’re that busy than you should’ve told me to make an appt instead of being money hungry and charging extra thinking I’m not going to notice. This kind of thinking is sacrificing customer service therefore my decision to not come back.

She is my go to stylist. I used to go to great clips, hair cuttery and all the other places. After I went there, I realized salon's are not all the same. YMMV, but if you go to those chain stores, you should check it out.

I always enjoyed getting hair done by sunmi. I've had haircuts and perms many times by her, and always satisfied

Hair designer knows what hair style perfectly match with my head shape. Amazing.
