For context, I do my own acrylic full sets and acrylic on my big toes. I usually only go to a salon for the callus removal and basic pedicure. Lisa gave me a great pedicure today! There was a slight language barrier but with a translator app I for the most part was able to communicate what I wanted during my service. She was very polite and understanding with everything I requested; she also allowed me to use my own gel polish that I brought to the salon. Despite articulating how I would like big toes shaped and the thickness of French, they did not come out the way I would’ve hoped. That’s the only reason my rating is 4/5. I walked in without an appointment and had such a great experience. They were welcoming right away and got me seated quickly. My nail tech was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure I liked the shape and color before finishing. The salon was clean, calm, and professional. I didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated as a walk-in. I’ll definitely be coming back. I left feeling cute and taken care of 10/10 experience.💕

I’ve been going to this salon on and off for years and usually have a good enough experience. This was the first time I left disappointed and the first time my nails were ruined not even 12 hours later I asked for a gel pedicure and the woman who was doing my pedicure made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I did come in via walk in appointment but it was right around 10:45 and the salon was not crowded. She seemed very rushed and distracted and I think it really affected my pedicure. The water almost overflowed out of the basin three separate times, she applied the lotion to my legs and feet before painting my nails, and she kept t globbing the polish on and then having to wipe the edges with a brush. Some of the nails had polish that looked like it had been piled on an inch thick! She

I am not a person that writes Google reviews, but my experience was so bad that this needed to be written. I wish I could have given it 0 stars. I made an appointment with my sister to get mani pedis today. My pedicure was rushed by the owner who kept interrupting my service to do other things, which I understood at the time. During my entire pedicure, my sister sat in the water so long to the point it turned cold. Only certain customers were offered snacks and water but not all. My sister asked for a snack from the bowl and he said “sorry I have an appointment.” But that was us- we were his appointment. When my service was complete, I was set to get my acrylic refill.
