Very nice people. Great service and clean.

Went in to buy a package. The attendant was as helpful and friendly as a baked potato. She acted like I was just a bother. When I was asking about pricing, she had to be asked about special. She sure didn't offer any information that this weekend is customer appreciation and there will be all kinds of deals and sales. I just felt very unwelcomed and like I was bothering her.

Wanted to use this store today due to Troy only having 1 elite bed running. Tried calling to make sure they were open, tried 2-3 times never got an answer. Called Troy to see if West Milton store was opened, was told they were. Tried calling again 2-3 times to make sure someone was there before I drove there, especially with gas $5 a gallon. Never got an answer. What kind of dumbo employee doesn't answer the business phone at their business, smh. I am totally done with Sundown tan once my current package is used up. Never seen a more F'd up poorly ran business than this one.

My experience with sundown was fine and yes the staff was friendly,but to speak with a manager and be told they can't disclose that info. that's wrong and when I paid for minutes and went to use them they were taken away because you only have a year to use them I only tan before I go to Fla. and a short time after not good customer service.and it' like they just took my money.

Everyone who works there is great and the beds were always clean and never had to wait to get a bed. Highly recommend!
