I have been tanning at Sundown for years and usually treated pretty good but I really have to give a Big Big Big thank you to Angela that works at the Sidney location!! She is always welcoming and kind! She is very knowledgeable of what products are best to use for whatever kind of tanning experience your looking for and my youngest daughter has started tanning this year and she absolutely love Angela!!! She walks her through on how to use the beds and products that are good for her since she is just starting! And I really really appreciate her!!!!!! SHES THE BEST 💜

Just drove all the way from Piqua to Sidney to go tanning! Paid $8 for a single use lotion packet. Got undressed and got in the bed , Pushed the start button , Then tried turning the fan up and had a lot of problems Because the electronic board is damaged and looks like it has been pushed out of place by someone. As I was trying to turn the fan up the entire bed shut off when only 2 minutes had went by!! When I paid for 8 minutes!! Called the associate working out there Then she tells me that there's nothing that she can do about it and that I'm pretty much a liar because the computer shows that I tanned the whole time! When she knows that I didn't tan the whole time because I had just walked in there! I stopped tanning at sundown for almost two years because of this same exact unprofessio

I have been a solid customer for 4 years now was new to the area. I always buy elite package every month. About 10 months ago an elite bed ( there is only 2) was down for at least 3 months before being repaired leaving all of us to one bed or down grade at the same price we paid for our elite bed. Everything was fine for a few months. Then a platinum bed went down ( which should not effect elite customers) but it did they allowed platinum customers to upgrade at no cost of course they all wanted to upgrade creating a long long wait anytime an elite customer tried to tan. After about a month they finally got the platinum bed fix but NOT BEFORE AN elite bed was damaged taking it out of service. For the last 3 months we have once again had to share only one bed with wait time at peak season b

Looking for a great place to tan?? This company is it.... excellent service, great hours, easy access location from the interstate. There staff is amazing... I have very sensitive skin and they always take very good care of me. Great prices on packages and the selection of lotions is fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable to help anyone with questions about tanning or products they carry and will even suggest what to try. Super hot bulbs and they are always making sure they are new. I have also used the spray tanning systems.... wow you look really nice and it lasts too, and your not orange afterwards either. This place is amazing, I highly recommend it.

Every bed you get to use is amazing!! Im so happy with my tan!!! They always have great deals on the unlimited packages and usually bogo on minute packages. You definitely get your money's worth. Absolutely the best spot to tan!!
