Sundown Tan

Wasted 30 minutes, trying to get a spray tan. Machine wasn’t working and no one knew what to do. Employee was nice about it, but a huge waste of time

I have been tanning here for a couple months now, and most of my experiences have been positive. However there is one employee who is rude and carries an unwelcoming demeanor every time I visit. This has changed my perspective on this business a bit! Tonight when I finished tanning I attempted to use the restroom. It was about 7:12 pm and the store closes at 7:30. The employee working; Alaina, was extremely disrespectful, very rude once again and told me that I was not allowed to use the restroom bc she had just cleaned the halls and shut everything down. There should be no reason I am “not allowed to use the restroom” bc she just mopped the floors! I come here often. The employees are always friendly, the place is always clean! I think it could be a bit cooler temp wise given then current heat but other than that, I always leave with a smile on my face!! Olivia is newer and her vibe right off the rip was welcoming and kind! Stephanie is also an employee whose name I can remember who is also equally awesome😁

5/7/24 I have never tanned in any way so I was very nervous about trying it out. I went for the mystic spray tan. I didn't catch the woman's name who was working but she looked to be on her own and very busy but still very nice about informing me about the process and how it works. I'm very excited to possibly make this a routine in my life. Especially since I received two for $23

I really like the place but wished they would keep up on keeping the bulbs changed when they need it. Several of the gold and diamond beds I had noticed hair and dirt around the bulbs. Speakers don't work in most of the rooms for the music, and a couple of the beds sound like they are on their last leg when you turn them on. Had a few rooms that I couldn't even lock the door, asked to be moved to a room I could. I just think the beds need updated or kept cleaner, and bulbs more updated for the price that you pay to tan there.
