Very unprofessional establishment. 1) the place is very cold 2) the force and pled for you you to tip. 3) the therapist left the room for more than 4 times 4) they used a very dirty and smelly towel to clean my back 5) a different therapist came in the room asking if I want happy hour

This place is a joke! I called this morning and made an appointment for 11 am. the lady who hardly spoke English said: one hour massage is $60. I came at 11. The place smelled cigarettes so bad ..... looked like for something else , not for massage. She was translating with her phone and said: wash ( what?!) and one hour massage is $100. I said i'll give $60 as we agreed and $20 tip total : $80. She says: NO. After I said : what kind of service is this? this is unprofessional . She said: the masseusist is not here yet. I can do it but I am not good at it. 😂 I can only wonder what she is good at..... This place needs to be shut down.

Sunday spa best ! "From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The staff are welcoming and professional. I had a deep tissue massage wit Kiki , and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. She was very polite and attentive to my needs. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and very peaceful. Highly recommend this place!"
