Sunco Tanning

I just bought a tanning bed and the customer service has been great. I have had multiple questions and have received responses every time (same day), including multiple in the same day. My order was missing one screw, they sent it to me FedEx, same day. I needed a stronger piston/ closer, shipped same day that I asked. Had some technical support questions, got answers, again same day. Very happy with this company.

Started working with a representative yesterday, the gentleman’s name is David, on purchasing a new tanning bed. He has made this process so easy and stress free! David was helpful, informative, ready to answer all my questions, and so polite! Def give a 10/10!!!!

Placed the order on 14 February order was cancelled on the 26th as we could not get any basic info for our order and what the delay was , saleman and customer service were rude and acted kind of stupid about the whole process , their site states bed ships within 3-5 days of order completion, they could not tell us if they had the bed if it was ready for shipping when it would ship approximate delivery date etc basic info a company should be able to provide especially after having charged you for the product 12 days prior, also found out wolff tanning beds is all under one roof with multiple named companies such as sunco selling the beds and if you call wolff they tell you if you want a tanning bed you HAVE to order from us as their are the only manufacturer and you have to wait 3- 4 weeks

I got a tanning bed for my mom and it’s amazing I got the upgraded bulbs and the tanning bed was right around $2000 which is amazing and so far has worked great! I’m so glad I got it from this company and even before it arrived I talked to someone with the company and he answered all the questions I had! I would 100% recommend if you’re buying a tanning bed this is the company to go with

Haven’t even had my bed a year yet. Can’t use it because 12 of the 32 bulbs will not work. It’s not the bulbs my husband tried charging them. I’ve called and emailed with no answers or reply. I’m still under warranty yet can’t use my bed. Very upsetting and frustrating. Poor customer service. I would not recommend.
