Sun Works Tanning Glendale

I purchased a 30-session tanning package at this Glendale location for $300+. I was specifically told that the sessions did not expire, so I was surprised and disappointed when I was later told my package had expired after 4 sessions. I feel misled, and it’s frustrating to pay for something under false pretenses. I hope management clarifies their policies and ensures staff provide accurate information in the future.

Yo this lady that works there absolutely had no idea what she was talking about she said Uv chamber immediately after spray tan was fine I spent 120 and I have burnt skin this is unacceptable I need a complimentary re spray after that

Very disappointed in this place. They recommended the sun board which is supposed to work better than the regular beds and didn't have any results at all. I was charged much more than a regular bed which I have used for s long time. They gave me the managers phone number and I called twice and left messages and the manager didn't call me back today is my last paid session and now I will have to pay more to get at least a stay tan but I will be doing it somewhere else.

I don't go here to tan. I come for the red light therapy. Got aches and pains? Red light them. Skin problems, even stretch marks? Red light them. Depression? Red light them too. Nice staff. Very sweet folks.

Love it. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I will be going back.
