Sun Tan City

I love my Sun Tan City, most of the women are super nice and helpful.

recently went there for the first time and the girl up at the front was an absolute sweetheart. I didn’t catch her name but she was super helpful and kind to me. However, the main lady is extremely rude and I felt very uncomfortable. I understand it was close to closing time and they got a rush, but that woman made me feel so bad for even being there. I try to be nothing but nice to people, and I have never left a bad review for anywhere, but there is no sense in being hateful.

First of my name shows up as Lana, but it’s Tiffany. Not sure why! I read lots of reviews in regards to Sun Tan City for Lexington, Richmond, and Winchester. Except for Winchester, 90% of the reviews were not good. Winchester had only good reviews so I thought I would nervously try it. Lindsey was the staff person there . She was delightful, knowledgeable, very polite, outgoing and friendly. Was happy that my first experience at this facility went well . Was very happy, will refer others to the Winchester store, and will be back! Thank you Lindsey for your time and patience.

Been going there ever since they opened love love Brandon he's very friendly professional and joyful! Everyone is curtious but he takes customer service to tye next level of fun!

Today August 28 at 6:44 I came to tan and relax... however I ran into a problem with the girl COURTNEY who was not only very rude but wouldn't let me do the facial and fine line tanning...she said she had to close now because I would take to long and she would be able to get off work on time!!! I'm highly disappointed in this young lady, COURTNEY, because everyone else has been very nice! Please have a talk with COURTNEY who was working that evening... thank you, I am Penny Rhea
