Hi i canceled my membership because i moved and im still being charged and its not possible to call this location for some reason yall just don’t answer so now i have to resort to this? Anyone want to get back to me as to why im still being charged ?

I hate that I’m giving a 1 star review but lately it’s become increasingly frustrating with your hours of operation. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost a decade and I’ve spent thousands of dollars at your business. I work full-time and I’m only able to go at certain times. I’ve traveled TWICE this week and both times you’ve been closed when your hours state that you’re open. It wouldn’t be a big deal if this happened once in awhile but this has been going on for at LEAST the past 2-3 years. It’s not right that I have to call everytime to make sure YOUR business is open. I’ve never seen a business change their hours of operation so frequently. Your hours of operation was always open from 8am-8pm. I recently purchased a membership to build a strong tan for my upcoming wedding. I wanted to build a tan so that I wouldn’t need a spray tan and deal with possible streaks/leakage on my special day. I was very nervous as I had NO IDEA where to begin and what beds would be the best to use for not only my skin type but to get my tan to where I’d like to be for my wedding day. I’ve never had a tanning membership here. The experiences I’ve had over the last month with the help of two workers by the name of Izzy and Reaegan has been better than I could have EVER imagined. These two girls were extremely professional and consistently helped me with countless questions, bed selections, lotion upgrades, red light therapy, eye wear and so much more! i’ve been trying to purchase the five dollar spray tan special that ends tonight 7/31 at midnight for the past two days and multiple times I tried today to checkout both on the app and online but it said “Sorry for the inconvenience. Payments are temporarily unavailable due to maintenance. Please make your payment directly at the salon.” I live an hour away I can’t come in the salon just to pay a deal I should be able to pay online like i’ve done in the past and it hasn’t worked to do payments online for days! So because I live an hour away I miss out on this deal. How is that fair?? Never in my life have I had such a difficult time trying to pay a company to use their services. Years ago had a horrible dealing with the business. However figured I give another try. So after buying a promo and using I went in and wanted to tan again. I went in close to closing although still taking but the women state I needed to update the account I had used 2 weeks prior. So I could do that and buy a plan but wouldn't have time then to tan. Amazed I left and decided to go back a week later and told the women I believe I need to update information. She said she'd look but asked what I was planning on doing. When I told her she stated no I couldn't use that promotion again. So I could instead buy a min 60$ plan even though week prior it was ok for me to buy the promo. Just couldn't
