Love this location!!! Shelby is Awesome !!! Always so sweet and always keeps me updated on what new deals are going on. It's always very clean and I am always greeted with a smile. I look forward to going in, not just for the tan but for the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend :)

I love rochester suntan city ❤️ Shelby knows her stuff and is so welcoming and fun. I always come out of there smiling when shes there, I have learned so much about skin care from her, and they sell the best products ✨️ this spot is the cleanest one I've been to. I do not worry about germs because I know its taken care of right😊 P.s. you gotta do the red light therapy its amazing. Absolutely fabulous

Although I appreciate having a local place to spray tan…it is Shelby at Suntan City Rochester that I give the 5 stars to. Since she started working she was always friendly and greets everyone with her beautiful smile. But the noticeable change came when she was given a more management position. The shop as a whole looks noticeably cleaner when coming in the door. The spray tan rooms are always well prepared and even the bathrooms look and smell fresh and clean. And the welcoming attitude of those working is so refreshing!! I can say there has been a huge improvement since Shelby has been there because I had previously called the company to report that the bathrooms were dirty and the overall store was unkempt and unfriendly. Thank you management for listening to your customers. I

They gave me somebody else's spray and stopped it in the middle of the spray so I only got half of it. There are beds are dirty and cracked and their employees are incompetent. I like sun tan city but not at the Rochester location👎👎👎👎👎5 thumbs down

Im very impressed with the Rochester, NH location. My family and I recently moved up this way from the Seacoast and I was pleasantly surprised by how CLEAN the salon is!! 👌🏻 keep up the great work!
