Sun Tan City

Sun Tan City is my happy place, I absolutely love going. The girls that work there are so nice and so helpful!! They are so welcoming and it’s always very clean. I have the VIP all access membership for me and my daughter. The only complaint I have is with billing, it has been a hassle every time. Last month it was took out of my account, thought everything was fine, it wasn’t. For whatever reason, payment was canceled on Sunday Tan City’s end. They done that twice on two different days. (I called my bank, that’s how I know someone on Sun Tan City’s end canceled the transactions) I was able to get it paid, but of course I went to tan and wasn’t able to because it said failed payment, waste of gas and time. I wish they had a phone number for customer care that you could actually speak to so

I absolutely love Sun Tan City! I go there not only for the tan but mostly for the Spa treatments! I don’t know which is my favorite the red light blue light therapy, this sauna bed, the massage chair or the hydro massage!! I love them all! If you haven’t given them a try yet you really need to! The only thing I wish is there was one closer to me so my friends from the WV area could check them out too without having to drive so far and meet me at South Williamson!!!

Great results in their instant+ bed, but they are expensive -the sample pk of JWOWW I bought was over $20 (prices aren't listed on or near any of the lotions, even samples)! Another thing, they switched my bed on after only being in the room for like 3 min, I'd just gotten my clothes off and hadn't even gotten my lotion on yet... I tried the courtesy phone to have them stop and reset my timer but couldn't get an answer, had to call the main office and they called the store and had it reset.... Otherwise, the bed was great!

Excellent prices for the summer sale happening now! Extremely clean and well managed. They have lots of offers and deals also.

I put my account on hold whe I was done tanning for the summer with the understanding that everything was on hold. Then today they take $69.58 out of my bank account. I got online to ask why when I was on hold? Being on hold doesn’t stop anything so I don’t understand what it’s for. They told me I would have to freeze my account for a fee of $5.00 a month. When I tried to cancel and didn’t have the option. The chat line said I could cancel online or through the app. When those didn’t allow me to cancel they gave me a number to call. After holding on for 20 minutes they hung up on me. I’m now on my way to the salon to cancel in person. I will never do business with Sun Tan City again. Ps. I rated it a 2 only because the employees at the salon are great.
