Friendly staff! Unfortunately they have not changed any of the bulbs since I've been coming to this location for almost a year. I ask everytime I come in if any of the beds have new bulbs,l and the answer is always know. I pay for a level 3 and purchase upgrade points to do the instant. If the bulbs don't get changed soon. I will just cancel my membership ive had for over 5 years.

Went in there last weekend to get a spray tan, stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even came to the front and then workers were mad and made me feel like an inconvenience that I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and asked for their opinion on what I should get since I wanted a natural look but I’m also very fair, when I left both workers were also sitting on their phones completely ignoring any customers going out and treating customers coming in the same way as me. Just called today as well to ask if they had any promotions for spray tans right now because I have an event next week and I wanted to refresh mine before the event but the lady was extremely rude and just sounded like she was mad or annoyed that I would even call the store to ask such a simple question.

Oh my gosh! The district manager Amber is fabulous!! I went to the 72nd and Pacific location and they turned me down for a spray tan because it was too busy. I called this location and Amber was so attentive and nice and said please in (even though I would be there past closing). I really appreciated her customer service!!!

I purchased the $19.99/five tan package in February 2024 through the app. No where on the app does it say “must use within 14 days”. It also doesn’t say it in the email confirmation or email receipt I received (which would be very simple to add). So, I went in today to use one of my tans, and they tell me I don’t have any tans. So, I look on the app (where I purchased the package) and scanned my email/receipt. Nope, nothing. The only place the 14-day use is mentioned is buried on their website. Kind of worthless if you don’t communicate it in all references to the package. Feel they should honor my purchase and fix their communications. After years and years of being a customer. 1 star. Awful literally one of the rudest tanning places I have ever been to and I go to quite a few of these. And I'm telling you do not go to this location. They were too ladies at the counter one was probably about 59 years old and then the other was probably 19. And I'm not trying to make fun of them. But they both looks like they had been tanning way too long. And why I say this is not to make fun of them. But it's the emphasize the fact that these 2 people thought that they were so much better than me They just sounded so condescending and the little words that were exchanged between us and the looks on.
