Sun Tan City

Staff makes you give routing and account number to avoid a $10 fee (WHAT! To scam you?) and then charged my account at the first of the month after I hadn’t been there in weeks. They are very pushy even after being told no about anything and I hate that. I will be going out of my way to go somewhere else. Tanning beds are wonderful though, I will say that.

Equipment was good. But staff is not honest about packages they sell. Was told that I would have the entire month of January to use what I bought and it expired within 14 days. Even advertisements online and in store say the end of January and they still will not honor it. Then when I went into use it they said well you can buy it again instead of just letting me use the ones I'd already paid for. Springfield location. But location should be second to having accurate advertisement.

The employees here are always SO friendly and it’s such a fun environment. Every time I’m here I know I’m in good hands. The salon is always clean, and they recommend the best products to get the results you want. LOVE this place.

GREAT customer service! Little girl named Jordaine was super helpful and very friendly! Place is always well kept. when I went in for to get details about a membership she gave me a complete tour of all the beds! I was amazed at how fast, friendly, & knowledgeable she was. Even took the time to recommend products based off my needs and goals for tanning! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I have been tanning at Sun Tan City since it was Hawaiian Sun. I'm very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I've had several issues. I recommend using ANY location other than this one. I've never had any issues with the Springfield locations. Unfortunately, this one is the closest one to my house. If you need a spray tan, avoid this location at ALL cost. Seriously, save yourself the headache. They seem to have more problems with their spray tan machines than any other location I've been to.
