Sun Tan City

I came in after a few months thinking I had frozen my account but through some miscommunication and my own lack of detail, it turned out I didn't get frozen correctly so my account kept racking up monthly fees. To make matters more interesting, it was to a card that had been replaced with a new expiration date so I had no idea this was happening. When I came in to restart my tan membership it showed I owed a large balance but Sarah at the front office assisted me and immediately contacted support and they took less than ten minutes to get me back on track and resolved the issue. Thanks to Sarah's patience and kind treatment of me I am back to being a full time tanner, was able to tan right away and kept my previous membership rate. I've always liked this location. It is always clean,

Nice clean, friendly atmosphere. Easy in and out with it being an end building. Beds are very nice and newer. The ones I used so far (fast, fastest & faster) all had nice beds. I love the options of the faster. I still have to try stand up yet. Their tanning products are the best.

I've only just recently started tanning, and I was a little unsure of plans and lotions etc. I'm not sure of the lady's name, but she was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient when it came to getting me all settled. So far I've met 2 other girls at this location who have been as nice and friendly as the first one, and I'm so glad I signed up! Their knowledge on each bed and the lotions has been very helpful. I love it here.

Very clean place. I was looking for the IR bed/health spa but they di not have it at this location. Disappointed but they have a special so I purchased the tanning special and used their bronzing bed. I'm not looking to tan. I am looking to help with my psoriasis and arthritis. The light and warmth helps ementsly.

A few years back I stopped coming here because 1 of the main employees was very rude. She had blonde curly hair. Anyway, I decided to try again & ALL the ladies who work here are wonderful❤ I enjoy talking to them all, they are kind & professional. The space is always clean & the beds are spectacular. Better than the beds at the Greenfield location. I recommend the fastest beds with aromatherapy so entirely relaxing. The instant beds here are also nice but don't have the features of the fastest- definitely good for building color quickly w.o the redness.
