All the girls working here are polite, friendly, and look well-presented — except one at the front desk who clearly doesn’t fit the standard. Her attitude was rude and defensive when I asked a simple question about the fast bed situation. Everyone else here makes the place great, but one person can easily ruin the whole impression. I will update with her name later.

Very disappointed in the cancellation process. I verbally put my membership on hold with a merchant at this location. She stated that she completed my request and I would not be charged the membership fee the following month, only the account holding fee. Unfortunately, the merchant did not execute my request and I was still charged the full amount. I called corporate and this organization has a non-refund policy and they had no documentation of my cancellation request. This is unethical and I’d like to warn everyone to get documentation when canceling or putting an account on hold. I wish that I would have. Unfortunately, this has also happened to four other people I know, I found this out after the fact.

App is absolutely horrible will tell you that there is no wait time an then you end up waiting 45 min the staff has no valid explanation for this and just say they don’t control the app.

I saw an employee today named Jessica! She was absolutely the best I have met in there , she was very helpful with everything I needed and took the time to help me with lotions and anything else I needed! Def recommend!

Holly was super helpful. She went out of her way to explain the spray tan. It was my first spray tan, and she was patient and walked me thru it. When I was done she explained in a few hours it'd be darker. She also showed me the new red light therapy, which I'm going to try tomorrow. The lady at the desk ( I forgot her name :( ) was super nice and had a great personality too. They were welcoming, accommodating, patient and informative. Lastly, a before I left it suddenly started raining... Hard and Holly asked me if I had an umbrella. I didn't, so she offered me an umbrella so I could get to my car without ruining my tan. Yayyy. With the recommendations, I'm going to continue getting spray tans. Thank y'all!
