I stopped in and had a great experience thanks to Tori. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything so well that I even left with an extra product I didn’t plan on buying 😂. It’s always nice dealing with someone who’s happy, patient, and truly enjoys helping customers. I’ll definitely be back!

went in to cancel my membership but was misinformed that I needed to wait for a certain date to cancel, waited and then they reactivated my account? Lots of side eyeing from Haley, and overall mean girl energy. The manager was pleasent though.

I just wanted to tan before my vacation. The girl I talked to said 1 month was the shortest package $52.00 and free bottle of lotion o k I signed up. A week in I asked what date I had to cancel by she said February 3rd. Back from vacation and go to cancel and they tell me I can’t cancel till I get charged for another month. So another 52.00 out of my account today February 3 and still can’t cancel till they see the money on there end. They Lied to me when I signed up. I say Bullshit

I had a very disappointing experience here. The woman at the front desk was rude, pushy, and had a condescending attitude from the start. I came in to use their $2 base-level tan deal, and instead of being helpful, she immediately tried to upsell me on more expensive beds and lotions. When I didn’t go for it, her tone became noticeably sharp and she started giving me misleading information just to steer me away from the cheaper option. She told me I wouldn’t get tan at all with one session and that I’d need 15 sessions to see any color which isn’t true. Then she contradicted herself by warning me not to go the full 15 minutes because I’d “burn from the red UV bulbs.” That doesn’t make sense either, since those bulbs are standard UV lights used for tanning. Went to Suntan City specifically to use the sauna and it was completely off when I arrived around noon. I turned it on myself and it was only at 77°, even though this location opened at 9 AM. I then drove to another Suntan City location where I was told the sauna was at 130°. When I got there and went inside, it was actually 103°. This is extremely frustrating and a waste of time and gas. Very disappointing experience.
