I recently visited Suntan City, and I have to say, Rachel made my experience outstanding! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the services. She took the time to explain the different tanning options and helped me choose the best one for my skin type. Rachel’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have a great experience. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and has a positive vibe that adds to the overall enjoyment. If you’re looking for a place to get a tan, I highly recommend Suntan City, especially with Rachel on the team!

Great service and they always have a bed ready for you! They’re also very helpful when it comes to tanning lotion recommendations without being pushy and are super friendly! Glad I got a membership!

Rachael was simply amazing. She coordinated a massage first followed by an instant tanning experience. She was kind, helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. 💕

Gabby at the Grand Island location is the best. If you have ever tried to use Suntan City’s app to make a purchase or check-in then you know the pain involved in the process. The app rarely works properly which makes the whole experience almost impossible without calls to the customer service number and long waits for them to get it figured out. Gaby was a trooper and held steadfast enduring the phone calls and wait game to get us in for the advertised free tan special which required signing in using the online app that never seems to be working. Gaby deserves a pay raise for going above and beyond to help the customers. She maintained a good attitude during the whole long process. Thanks Gabuly. You do a good job.

Walked in an instantly was judged for having my children, one I didn’t know I couldn’t bring them as I had been here multiple times before , and brought them with me , and no one has said anything , went in booth with kids waiting , Spray tan did not work , it didn’t spray any solution , it only sprayed the hydration at the end. I went to the desk to speak to the girls working , and they all looked at me like I was lying and like I was stupid , eventually they did set me up in a different booth and asked me if I wanted a different spray ? , I didn’t care which spray I got I just wanted it to actually spray I think something malfunctioned , but instead of testing that they treated me like I was an idiot… also knocked on the door and told me I couldn’t have the kids with me even though I jus
