I truly can not say enough about the crew and Frankfort Location! The past few years life has been crazy and I gave up on myself. A friend suggested I start tanning with her for something to do, and now it’s become daily ritual to pop in for a Me Moment in a beautiful facility but every single time I go in Mallorie,Holly, Quinton, my new friend with the curly hair (haven’t got that name locked in yet, 🫥) always make me feel like I’m a Queen! Depression on top of factory work, it’s really hard to feel seen sometimes but it’s so awesome to have a somewhere that still cares, still wants to foster the community vibe! I could go on and on about the Frankfort team, but I’ll end with this… I live in a town with its own STC, I’ll wait till I go to Frankfort or make the trip just for the team!!! Ke

I went today wanting a spray tan. Maddie was so helpful. She explained everything and made suggestions making this a great experience. She was so sweet definitely an asset to the business. Great customer service

Really sweet, patient, efficient and knowledgeable staff. A great experience all the way around, they seem to have very cutting edge equipment and good prices!

Fast clean and the employees are awsome very friendly always smiling and cutting up with you I recommend it to anyone....

Most of the girl in here are VERY sweet and helpful. I’ve only had an instance or two with weirdness. My loss of stars are due to the amount of time I’ve paid money for upgrades that did me absolutely no good bc the beds shut off half way through your time. There’s no way I’m the only person this is happening to. I visit several times a week, in the past 2 Mts this has happened to me SEVEN times. Twice I’ve been offered courtesy tans the other 5 times I was told “Thank you for letting us know” ummmm the lowest amount I pay for upgrades is $10 so at MINIMUM. that’s 50 upgrade points I’ve used for what? I’m very chill and understanding but this Is getting quite frustrating. 2 instant beds and the #6 fastest bed. Already tried to reach out to customer service to no avail.
