My 10-15 minutes of peace and quiet (mom of 3)😂 love it here!! I would like to take a second and call out Damien as an amazing employee. He is kind, informative, and just a real people person. I hope this store knows how lucky they are to have someone like him working for them! Even on busy days at the salon where I have to wait for a bed, it doesn’t feel like waiting because he makes it like you’re talking to an old friend! Customer service is hard, and he is constantly pleasant and welcoming!

I wanted to thank Damien and the owner for working everything out with my membership. They went above and beyond to make it right for me and it was my mistake not theirs. Everything I go in Damien has a big warning smile and welcomes me back. Thank you for all your help 🙏 I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything you've done for me. I'm so glad to be back a glowing again. You guys are the best and number 1 in my book for sure ❤️🙏❤️ THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT ❤️

I absolutely love this place. It's always clean. Staff and management are always very pleasant . I couldn't be more pleased everytime i walk in . . SO HAPPY I purchased a year membership. Thank you to the young man that works there for being very helpful and pleasant everytime I go there. I would def. Recommend this place.

I never knew how ONE person (Alissa) could make such a difference with running the tanning salon. I not only cancelled my membership but I can promise you I’d never step foot back into the salon. 6pm they decided to change bulbs so 4 people are waiting to tan,a HUGE box in the lobby you needed to maneuver around in order to get into the salon,looked like the workers just crawled from under a rock no name tags and had no clue on working the computer system. The shelves were stocked with ONE product in ONE size. Management (upper management) was also there in the salon allowing the salon to be ran like this very unprofessional.I have never experienced this before with the old management company. I loved sun tan city they treated you like family and the salon was very well cleaned. I can only

Honestly, I’m torn. I just got a spray tan and I see absolutely zero color. I’ve been buying a yearly spray tan membership for this place for the past 5 or 6 years. However, I have no idea what happened to the Edwardsville location in the last couple of years, but the quality of the tans and the equipment has gone WAY DOWN. I noticed this maybe a year ago, and when I mentioned something to the girls working (they’re always very nice), she suggested maybe I should go with a darker formula next time. I’ve gotten like a zillion spray tans and this is a new issue. The problem is that the equipment or SOMETHING is off…I don’t feel any solution coming out of the nozzles, and if I do it’s random and spotty. I buy these memberships as part of my self-care, and my last few tans have caused much mor
