Sun Tan City ( SW side) is absolutely fantastic! They have very nice equipment, great tanning beds that are clean and well maintained, and the pricing is wonderful and affordable. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s easy to relax and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Sun Tan City to anyone looking for quality service and great value.
I got the vip membership so I could tan for the month of September to try and get rid of tan lines before my wedding, I told the lady at sun tan city mid September that I wanted to cancel my membership, checked my credit card statement October 14th to see that I had been charged $110, called in to customer service and they told me that they don’t do refunds but could give me a free month or a glow gift card🙄 which are both useless to me since I don’t usually go to a tanning bed and don’t need tanning products.. super upsetting that they won’t give me a refund considering I haven’t been there all month and how was I suppose to know I had to sign a piece of paper to cancel.
Listen, I don't want to give away my age or anything, but I have been tanning at 16th Ave location since I was in my teens (for many YEARS!) I just have to say this staff are so great! They care about clients, they listen to my requests, every time I come in they are helpful. Will even stop cleaning to help! They're always cleaning when I walk in! And that's a great sign that these employees care about where they work. Yes, over the years the management has changed, policies, and employees have all changed...but I am still a loyal customer and fan because of them wanting the best for their customers 😀. Thank you all, and keep up the great work!
This is by far the very best Sun Tan City I've ever been in! I went in for a spray tan today. It's so clean and bright! The woman who signed me in was so nice. The hallways were so bright and vibrant. The spray tan machine is up to.date. I just loved the appearance of this STC
I am a new member here and the staff is very helpful and speedy! Very clean place as well!
