This salon is probably one of my favorites to go to whenever I tan. All the girls that work here are so kind! I decided to upgrade my membership tonight and Stephi was so patient and sweet with me. She even helped me pick out a new lotion to use!

I would give them a zero if I could! They’re always trying to sell you something and you can’t even get one single visit because they’re too busy trying to sell a package or a membership and therefore they’re losing money and a customer!!!!

I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. I signed up for the $44/month no commitment unlimited spray tan plan at the Bristol, Va. location mid-January. The manager working at this location is the person who signed me up for my membership. I expressed multiple times that I wanted the no commitment membership and made it very clear - there is no possible way there could have been a misunderstanding. I tried logging into the Suntan City app to terminate my membership today and it directed me to call guest services. I called and the representative told me that I cannot cancel my membership, because I am under a 6 month commitment. Are you serious? The manager who signed me up at the Bristol, Va. location blatantly lied to me and put me under a 6 month commitment without

The tanning experience itself has been great! But understand people that you sign a contract with these people for your monthly subscription and it says they don't give arefund for any reason. My contract was for $27 a month. My debit card was ran 3 times in 2 weeks total being $76 and it didn't match up with the computer records in bristol! So at any time they can hit your bank account and there is nothing you can do about it!
