Unfortunately, I was not able to give this 0 stars because that is what it deserves. There is absolutely no reason and/or excuse for a business owner to be as rude as this woman is. The beds may be nice, but not worth being treated so poorly

Salon is clean and beds are spot on. Customer Service is excellent. April helped me on the phone and when I arrived she showed me the best lotion to use as well as proper bed and time I needed to achieve the tan I wanted before my vacation. She was very knowledgeable with tanning and salon.

That might have been the worst experience at any retail/tanning place. The worker was extremely rude to me from my first step in the door. I told her I had been going to a place in Boone because I attend App State and didn't know which level bed I would want to try. She did show me the beds, but gave no guidance into which one would be best. When I told her that I would try just a single visit mid level, she asked if I had lotion and eyewear. I had lotion and showed her which one I had. She told me that I couldn't use it because it could damage the acrylics on the beds, even though I saw the exact same lotion on the shelf, so I left. I STRONGLY do not recommend this place, especially if you've never been here before.

Fantastic Tanning Experience! I recently started visiting the Sun Hut and so far I have had a great experience! The beds are clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The tanning beds are top-notch, have helped me develop a perfect, even tan. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great tanning experience. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
