When I reached out to the team about helping us with my daughter’s (4 years old)first set of earrings, they recommended having two piercers for the appointment to make the experience quick and less stressful for my daughter. I can now say that it was a great plan. They made her feel safe, special and welcomed. They took the placement of the earring with precision and care. The price is affordable and the earring options they have are adorable. We’re grateful for the experience and recommend them!!

Extremely unprofessional behavior from this company. Instead of handling feedback respectfully, they chose to argue and go back and forth with me publicly on their social media page simply because they didn’t like my comment. A professional business should know how to respond to customers with respect, maturity, and accountability — not defensiveness and public arguments. This kind of behavior speaks volumes about their customer service and how they handle criticism. Very disappointing experience. I expected professionalism and got the opposite.
