I feel really bad I paid 75$ for my eye brows to be half done and my nails to be rough and rushed. I left crying because of how uncomfortable I felt the entire time. Not how you want to feel on your only day off. I tried to say some things but on deaf ears and rolling eyes. Maybe shes tired but so am i . Everything felt rough and rushed she hurt me several times. Im not new to acrylics. 75$. My feelings are hurt. I go back In to fix the red left over from my previous nails and shes rushes that as well, after everything was supposed to be done. Im sorry to leave a bad review but how am I supposed to go back in again and let her fix it if I know the energy isnt gonna be good . Horrible Customer service. I brought my Fiancé here on her day off for what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day. She was there for a manicure, pedicure, and wax. From the very beginning, she was telling me how rough the nail tech was being and how uncomfortable she was. The nail tech, Diane, started by ripping my fiancé's old acrylic nails off of her fingers. She didn't soak them, she wasn't gentle. She jammed a piece of new acrylic between her real nail and the acrylic and just ripped it off. If that was the only complaint, I wouldn't be righting this review. As the nail tech was working on the new set, she was very rough and seemed as if she was late for something. My fiancé cried out in pain multiple times, to the point where the other employees came out of the back to peak on her. Wh

I went for the first time yesterday for a pedicure and eyebrows! OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!! I am so impressed and will be back. The foot massage was amazing very happy with my service. Thank you!

I have been coming here once a month for over 9 years and the service is always amazing. Each nail tech is so caring, there expertise show in the straight polish line and how clean, smooth the nail and cuticle are done. Very appreciative of each one of them. Love my toenails! Mrs. Ana did a great job. Needs some improvements in sanitation, but other than that, nice place.
