When I came in I was welcome. But when I was sat down with nail tech I was playing with him by asking him if he knows how to do nails good. He refuse to do my nails then move me to someone else. My nails are the most worst nails I ever got in my life. I ask for thin nails and the nail tech still decided to do what they wanted to do. Some of my nails are thicker than the others. And some nails are longer and cricket than the others. I didn’t want to hurt the guy feelings because they were already complaining about people giving problems. But I see why because they don’t listen. I would not recommend these people everrrrr.

Went for a pedicure. The guy never asked what kind I wanted and missed usual steps for a pedicure. Even if it was extra for a "cheese grater" and buffering to the heel of my ft, it should have been offered and made known in the beginning! It hasn't been the same since Vanessa and TU days! It is a huge and beautiful, organized establishment but only go there when U want to be seated promptly or know someone who will do you right! #just support BB

It was my first time there. A manicure and pedicure were very cheap. The pedicure was $30 only because they were only. Do minimum to your never touching anything above your ankles? No leg massage. Feet washed and nails clip and painted nothing more . The first tech did my feet and left to take a lunch break so a gentleman had to do my manicure. He was very pleasant.

Never coming back here again they rush your pedicures ESPECIALLY the women that do feet and they don’t do a good job at ALL if you don’t agree to get gel polish & how you gonna go up on prices and remove the basics such as hot towels & they’re filthy saw roaches crawling around!

I asked for white gel polish and got this instead and the polish isn't fully covering the toes only polish in the middle of my toes
