Never Again!! I have visited this location before and had a good experience so I thought it would be safe to come back but during this visit I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked and showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. Just a simple full set with black French tip. These pictures was results of how they came out. HORRIBLE. After showing the manager and requesting for them to be redone, yet again they could not preform a simple French tip look. I walked out after spending almost 2 hours there with just a basic color of pink and not even 24 hours later the gel polish is starting to chip and fade. Don’t waste your money or time!!

This place is a hidden gem. They do really great work. Alaina is so sweet and she does an amazing job. I couldn’t ask for a better nail Technician. She is 🔥

Daniel was absolutely amazing! He was so gentle, made sure I was happy with every nail throughout the whole process, even asked what I did for work and if I wanted multiple coats to make the nails stronger. I am so happy with my nails, and have finally found my salon!

Called in for a reservation and asked if I would be out in time to catch a flight and was assured I’d have plenty of time when I told her when I need to leave. I got in and sat in a chair for 30 minutes and then finally they started on me. Well low and behold I FINALLY almost a FULL HOUR after the time they told me I’d be done and at currently rushing to the airport. Would not recommend. I almost had to leave with my nails looking like the picture below. Notice I did leave with terrible looking cuticles.

C’mon Man. Very aggressive to purchase the $65 plus packages. A lot of times these packages aren’t better than the regular. Plus I tip large on less amounts and less on large amounts. Continued to try to up-charge. Seats work and they seem to have all the accommodations. I was annoyed. I felt rushed. My feet still feel calluses. I asked her to do more, she said I already did it. I’m literally going home to do my own feet after paying which is unacceptable. I will not return or recommend. I dislike bad service in the hood or anywhere especially. We deserve better.
