I love Mr Lee and have grown up going to his store. He’s always been one of my biggest cheerleaders and I am so happy to have been able to meet him and see him every time I needed something!

The owner is very nice to customers and you can tell he is very knowledgeable about the difference between products, where specific items are located. Plus, he plays gospel music in the store. We travel from out of time to come here

Long story short. Went there today to purchase one item. Was the only one in the store. Waited for assistance to check out for about 20 min before ONE of the THREE staff members decided to acknowledge I was there… with three very LOUD children in tow. The owner and his wife were two of the staff members who simply ignored me and walked right passed me a number of times. It’s usually my go to place but I will travel to the other side of town from here on out. Even after all of the inappropriate allegations I’ve heard about I never had a bad experience. Everyone has an off day and I’m more understanding than most but when you are in customer service and your family owned business is on the line I would think you would be a little more professional.
