Signed up for a 3 month unlimited membership and was told to come in on the 31st of October to cancel. Came in today to cancel and was told we had to pay a $45 cancellation fee plus will be charged another month. Appears the person who sold us the membership put our withdrawal date on the 15th instead of the 25th which is no fault of ours. We are furloughed and these charges will make our bad situation worse. The manager wouldn’t even talk to us. The young girl at the front desk was doing the best she could but the manager was only texting her and wouldn’t give us a time we could come talk to her. BEWARE OF THE SHADY PRACTICES OF THIS BUSINESS. No compassion for Military and the current situation we are in!

Go anywhere else to tan. This place will rip you off. Tell you one thing about fees and cancellation dates and then change what they tell you so they can keep charging you. Totally unprofessional manager who refuses to engage with customers and forces young inexperienced employees to text her instead of the manager dealing with the customers directly. I am furloughed. Retires AF and can’t afford this but the manager does not care at all. even when I followed what I was specifically told about when to cancel they changed the rules and refuse to just let me cancel without additional fees, even when I do it on the dates they specifically gave me. Plenty of other places you can tan and not deal with this BS!

Let's just start w the tanning is just alright. I Suffered a medical emergency and I cant drive and can not work. Which means no income. Instead of letting me out of my spray tan monthly 80 bucks which BTW was told was 60 and never was , brought medical documentation from my doctors and I mean im in a cast and on crutches. I obviously cant stand since im non weight bearing in your spray tan machine,. So instead of charging me for the one month and leaving it there , since they wouldn't let me cancel my account they now are trying to collect over 300 bucks from me and destroying my credit. Dont give someone like this your business.

I have been going here for over 6 months and it's a great place. Great beds, clean, and knowledgeable staff. I'm happy with there services. Very friendly and nice to know beds are clean and fresh.

I love this salon and the different packages and services offered. The beds are amazing and the staff is always so kind! It is kept so clean and the atmosphere is inviting. They keep a great selection of lotions on hand as well. The salon offers different discounts daily so make sure to check those out! Or just sign up for a package which is even easier with easy in person cancellation if needed. Support a great small business and get a nice tan!
