Sun Child Hair Studio

This was my first time at Sun Child. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a salon. I am so glad I stumbled across this one. The girls are amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. They make you feel comfortable. They ask the right questions while also offering advice. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.

I have been trying to get blue out of my blonde hair for WEEKS. Jess did an AMAZING job and made sure I left with zero blue, perfect hair, and big smiles!! I didn’t think it was possible, but here we are 😃😃 I’ll be back!!

I love love love this place. Not only are they affordable but they are extremely nice and patient. I had the joy of Maddie cutting and styling my hair. She did fantastic, in love with my new cut. Jessie did my 2 year olds hair, he screamed the whole time but she was so so patient and we got the job done. Couldn't be more grateful to the both of them.

This was my first time at Sun Child and I will definitely be back! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing unlike many salons. Sarah R works magic on hair and is so meticulous at her craft. She even stayed late to finish my ridiculous amount of hair and never made me feel like an inconvenience. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I went in this morning for a very simple basic cut with Lisa. Before she sectioned, parted, or even brushed my hair she was using clippers. I told her I am more comfortable if she washed and used scissors and did it the basic way. I explained I am also a cosmetologist and asked her to not use the clippers. She became argumentative and said ‘this is what’s trending in Tiktok and it’s quicker if I do it this way”. I told her I was very uncomfortable and she got another stylist. After they spent about 10 minutes in the back room, the other stylist said it doesn’t matter how she gets from point a to b, as long as it’s cut. Lise didn’t even know how to properly do a very simple basic haircut. She lacks the knowledge and skill set to be a hairdresser, and h
