Sun Center Tanning

I haven't been to Sun Center since I was 16! I just recently moved back to the area so I decided to try it out and im so glad I did. Katelyn was so welcoming and helpful in choosing the best bed for me. I love great customer service 💗

I have been coming here and Waikiki beach for years . A lot of their girls are really sweet but tonight I went into the sun center and this girl named Cammie always has the worst attitude every time I come in I came in at 6:30 before closing and she asked me if I could come in earlier because They’re closing at seven. It made no sense. She really should not be working in hospitality with her horrible attitude. Other than that, I gave a five star because I love these tanning centers

I’m just posting this because I really think this place might be behaving in a shady way and I want people to be aware. Years ago I used to come here and everything was great I would always get a beautiful spray tan for a reasonable price! Yesterday I came before a trip that I was going on in two days time. I Got a normal spray tan it was $18 which was a lot more than it used to be, but everything is so I was totally happy to pay it. I didn’t shower for 18 hours and literally nothing showed up.. I went back the next day and showed the girl at the front she told me there was nothing she could do and I would just need to pay for another spray tan. OK fine i’ll pay another $18 , it’s about 5 PM and there’s a line. She tells me to come back at 8:30. I live in Sandy so I had to drive about

I think you guys need to put your hours online til 8:30 if you stop letting people in at 8:30. I understand why you stop offering tans at that time but I have literally seen people be turned away every single time I’ve been. Also the machines are really quiet and for people that don’t get spray tans a lot that’s a big issue especially because you guys don’t ever explain anything. I’ve never had a good experience with the front desk

I have loved this tanning salon for about 2 years now. But lately, the staff has changed and I'm starting to look for another place. The girl at the front desk 2 days ago offered no information on beds whatsoever. I asked her about bulb strength in different beds and all she would say is, "They aren't very new." Great. But which are newer than others? I just ended up picking a random bed. She also was either training someone or had a friend in. Either way, they were loud and she kept hitting the folding door to my room with the vacuum. Then today, the same girl told me I couldn't tan because it wasn't exactly 24 hours since my last tan. I have family pictures tomorrow and I usually take 1-2 weeks off, then tan for 7 days. I've NEVER been told it has to be exactly 24 hours. I'm 2 hours out
