If I could leave them no stars- I would! Very disappointed! Wont ever be shopping here again. I asked one of the girls their advice on some good straight hair- they picked out some for me. I trusted their judgement, so I didn’t bother to look at the hair or feel it. The closure they picked out DID NOT MATCH! I had to return to the store the next day. They seemed very nonchalant about the issue. Normally I don’t even shop here for hair but I gave it a try since I was pressed for time and was in the area. Customer service is horrible and the hair isn’t real virgin hair. I won’t be back for sure except to get the store credit back from one of the bundles that I did not use.

The store is very big and spacious. A variety of hair. But it’s a bit overwhelming because you don’t have help to ask where anything is. They was having a sale and that lady was nice but the other staff members were so in tuned to what they was doing we the customers was walking around back and forth trying to find items. The store is clean but feels out dated and drabby

So I browse the store a minute, asks the lady up front about hair gel and my experience immediately went to negative. The response was given in a nasty, unprofessional manner as if I'm disturbing her. I let that slide and went back to browsing. Once I gathered my order, I approach the counter and I patiently wait. There's no response from the rude lady but as I walked away the young lady with her say " hey that lady leaving"; the nasty lady responded, "oh she can go, it doesn't matter and her rude comments faded off. My higher power kept me shielded from responding to her nastiness but I do think that owner would have preferred she treat their customers better than this. The store has many selections. The prices are high or either not priced. It’s better to buy your wigs online due to their high prices. As soon as you walk over to the wig area you are being watched and the feeling of being rushed. Just an uncomfortable feeling. At this point I rather just buy my wigs online due to being overly watched like your already accused of stealing. I only shop at the store as a last minute option.

On March19, 2025, I asked the cashier to check to see if I had any credit left. She said I did an we proceed to checkout. I paid the difference but the system pop an error so the manager came to see what was going on. Come to find out I didn't have the credit so she aborted the transaction and I ended up paying the full price. I was under the impression that the difference I paid would go back on my card. However, that was not the case my bank took it out on March 20th. I went up there multiple time and left my information because the manager said the owner has to handle this situation. I've called up there to see when the owner would be up there and was told it was unsure. I still haven't been contacted about this issue. So I will no longer be doing business with this hairstore.
